If you have taken the Trapunto Embroidery Class and the Machine Quilting class, you will have the embroidery designs and quilted sections completed.  If not your bag will be plain.....no designs.

If you did not attend the trapunto and/or machine quilting classes you will need to do additional homework.  Please call or stop in for your list.

Your Bernina Machine:

•        Feet – #1 (reverse pattern foot)
•        Feet - #37 or #57 (1/4” foot)
•        Power cord, foot control, etc

Fabric: (based on 42” wide fabric)

•        Pockets (front Inside and back Inside – 7 pieces-see cutting section for sizes)
•        Lining-(bag & pockets) – 1 2/3 yd (cut two – 21” x 26”)

1” Wide Webbing – 4 yds

Fusible Woven Cotton Interfacing (20” Pellon SF101 or 20” OESD Fusible Woven CutAway Stabilizer, etc.)– 1 ¾ yds

•        (cut two – 20” x 26”)
•         (cut one – 8 ½” x 11”)

Binding – 1/3 yd

•        (cut one – 2 ½” x  wof)
•        (cut two – 2 ¾” x wof)

Notions:

•        Threads to match your fabric
•        Top stitch machine needle
•        Safety pins to pin baste sections
•        Rotary cutter and mat
•        Ruler
•        Straight pins

Cutting:

Outside Pockets:

•        Top pocket – 8 ½” x 22” (cut one lining)
•        Middle pocket – 8 ½” x 16” (cut one lining)
•        Bottom pocket – 8 ½” x 11” (cut one lining)

Inside Front Pockets: (OPTIONAL)

•        Pocket 1 - 8 ½” x 7 ½” (cut one and one lining)
•        Pocket 2 - 5 ½” x 10” (cut one and one lining)
•        Pocket 3 - 5 ½” x 12 ½” (cut one and one lining)
•        Pocket 4 - 8 ½” x 14 ½” (cut one and one lining)

Inside Back Pockets: (OPTIONAL)

•        Pocket 5 - 6” x 6” (cut one and one lining)
•        Pocket 6 - 9” x 10 ½” (cut one and one lining)
